At a certain food factory, they faced the challenge of wanting to significantly speed up the time for soaking in water or seasoning liquid compared to traditional manual methods, while also improving production efficiency and reducing labor through the use of a blanching device. To address this, they adopted a motor with a brake for the basket inversion. The stopping position of the basket was made easy to adjust in increments, with a kick plate for the limit switch welded to a slit collar. As a result, work could be performed at a stopping position of the basket that matched the height of the workers, reducing the manufacturing process by one step compared to usual, thereby increasing production efficiency.
